Right from the start I got a good vibe from Jake. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I called him to remove my old hot water system and contact the plumbing to my existing continuous gas hot water and supply an additional control pad. He came when he said he would. Did the job and cleaned everything up after himself. I also got him to repair my carport roof. Again he was true to his word (A rarity with most tradies) Did the job in good time and again cleaned everything up. I don’t usually recommend anything to anyone but Jake will be my go to plumber from now on and I encourage you to contact him if you need a good, reliable plumber.

It was an amazing experience. Wasted 2 weeks on waiting another company to send someone to fix the problem. Very easy to communicate with. Recommend them highly if you are in the West suburbs of Melb and need a plumber for roof water leaks. We live in unit apartments, were chasing a slow drip water leak for months, with no good ideas from my house builders in Victoria on what to do about the leaks... Jake from Aqua Ace got up onto the roof in 2 minutes of visiting and provided a plan after inspecting & identifying loose parts of the roof / where to improve waterproofing for the colorbond metal roof. We asked to go over the entire roof for future-preventative measure, which they did. Aqua Ace promptly gave a competitive quote, we booked it in, he came back on time early, and the roof maintenance / sealing works were completed promptly! All our plumbing work is completed in accordance with Australian Standards and Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) regulations to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and compliance. Every job is carried out by a qualified, licensed plumber, giving you complete confidence in our workmanship.
For jobs valued over $750, we issue a Certificate of Compliance where required. Our standard labour warranty is 24 months from the date of completion of the job. For more complex jobs, such as full bathroom and kitchen renovations or major roof and leak repairs, the workmanship (labour) warranty extends to 36 months.
